We take verification seriously to maintain trust and protect our community. Before approving any request, our team directly contacts the veterinary clinic to confirm the pet’s treatment details and the authenticity of the bill.  While we verify every request to the best of our ability, no process is foolproof.

To further safeguard the community, we’ve implemented a member rating system that highlights reliable users and helps identify and deter any bad actors over time.
